1. Uvod
Ovi Uvjeti korištenja („Uvjeti“) uređuju korištenje web stranice, Thinkific platforme i svih online tečajeva, snimki webinara i drugih proizvoda koje nudi Udruga za zdravo življenje POST („Udruga“, „mi“, „naš“).
Korištenjem naše web stranice i kupnjom naših proizvoda pristajete na ove Uvjete. Ako se ne slažete, molimo nemojte koristiti naše usluge.
2. Definicije
- „Platforma“ znači Thinkific sustav putem kojeg pružamo online tečajeve.
- „Korisnik“ je svaka osoba koja pristupa našim sadržajima, kupuje proizvode ili se registrira.
- „Proizvodi“ uključuju online tečajeve, snimke webinara i sve ostale digitalne sadržaje.
- „Račun“ je korisnički profil kreiran na Thinkific platformi.
3. Usluge koje pružamo
Udruga omogućuje kupnju i korištenje:
- online tečajeva
- snimki webinara
- edukativnih video materijala
- digitalnih obrazovnih sadržaja
Svi materijali dostupni su isključivo putem Thinkific platforme i namijenjeni su osobnoj uporabi.
4. Registracija korisnika
Za kupnju i pristup sadržajima potrebno je:
- kreirati korisnički račun
- unijeti ispravne podatke
- prihvatiti ove Uvjete i Politiku privatnosti
Korisnik je odgovoran za povjerljivost svoje lozinke i aktivnosti unutar svog računa.
5. Kupnja i plaćanje
Kupnja se obavlja putem sigurnih sustava naplate (Stripe, PayPal). Udruga nema pristup punim podacima o vašoj kartici.
Cijene su iskazane u valuti koju odredimo na web stranici.
Sve kupnje su konačne, osim ako nije drugačije označeno u politici povrata.
6. Pravo korištenja sadržaja
Kupnjom dobivate neekskluzivno, neprenosivo pravo pristupa sadržaju samo za osobnu uporabu.
NIJE dopušteno:
- dijeliti pristup s drugim osobama
- preuzimati, kopirati ili distribuirati sadržaj bez dozvole
- javno objavljivati video materijale
- koristiti sadržaj u komercijalne svrhe
Svi sadržaji zaštićeni su autorskim pravima Udruge.
7. Ograničenje odgovornosti
Udruga ne garantira:
- da će sadržaj uvijek biti dostupan bez prekida
- da će platforma raditi bez grešaka (ovisimo o Thinkific sustavu)
- medicinski, nutricionistički ili psihološki rezultat edukacije — sav sadržaj je edukativne prirode
Korisnik je isključivo odgovoran za vlastite odluke i rezultate.
8. Zdravstvena i sigurnosna napomena
Ako se tečaj odnosi na prehranu, zdravlje ili mršavljenje:
- sadržaj nije medicinski savjet
- ne zamjenjuje konzultaciju s liječnikom
- korisnici s postojećim zdravstvenim problemima trebaju se posavjetovati s liječnikom prije primjene preporuka
9. Povrati i reklamacije
Ako nudimo povrat (refund), uvjeti će biti jasno navedeni na stranici proizvoda. Ako nije navedeno, smatra se da je:
— Nema povrata za digitalne proizvode koji su već isporučeni.

10. Zabrana zloupotrebe sustava
Nije dopušteno:
- pokušavati hakirati, ometati ili kopirati platformu
- dijeliti pristupne podatke
- koristiti lažne podatke prilikom registracije
- pokušavati vraćati uplate bez opravdanog razloga (“chargeback abuse”)
U takvim slučajevima zadržavamo pravo ukloniti pristup bez povrata novca.
11. Pravo Udruge na izmjene sadržaja
Udruga može:
- mijenjati, ažurirati ili uklanjati dijelove tečajeva
- privremeno ograničiti pristup radi održavanja
- dodavati nove module i materijale
Sve promjene provode se radi poboljšanja kvalitete.
12. Trajanje pristupa
Trajanje pristupa svakom proizvodu jasno je naznačeno na stranici proizvoda. Ako nije navedeno, smatra se da je pristup dugoročan, ali ne i doživotan — jer ovisimo o trećim platformama (Thinkific).
13. Zaštita osobnih podataka
Obrada osobnih podataka uređena je našom Politikom privatnosti (Privacy Policy), koja je sastavni dio ovih Uvjeta.
14. Prekid korištenja
Udruga može ukinuti pristup korisniku ako:
- krši ove Uvjete
- zloupotrebljava materijale
- koristi lažne podatke
- ugrožava rad sustava
Korisnik može sam obrisati svoj račun putem sučelja ili slanjem zahtjeva.

9. Refunds and Complaints
